  • RIA trainings. Our experts offered RIA trainings to a vast spectrum of stakeholders, including civil servants from technical level, senior officials, members of the parliaments and representatives of business community and civil society. 

BRC staff includes unique experts who successfully carried out Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) for numerous public policies in a number of countries. BRC was the first company that developed pilot RIAs in Moldova and contributed to improvement of RIA manual. BRC carried out numerous impact assessment analyses, which involved assessment of economic, social and environmental impacts and application of cost-benefits, cost-effectiveness and standard cost model analyses. Below are few examples of such RIAs carried out by BRC:
