This assignment included the following activities: 

• Assessment of the needs/gaps of the legal and institutional framework related to rendering local public services in Orhei town.  
• Development Smart City concept and solutions for streamlined business regulations and transparent local government - to - businesses (G2B) local services. 
• Carried out financial feasibility study of proposed solutions.
